You guys! I cannot believe this moment is finally here! We’ve been looking to buy a house since about 2015 but the stars were just not aligning. Until March of this year when an adorable little 1958 Mid-Century Modern gem came onto the market.
Zachary and I had a few things that we really wanted in a home — A nice yard, a garage and a big open concept kitchen/living/dining. Also, having a fourth bedroom would be a HUGE plus so that we could have two guest rooms and an office for me. This home came on the market and Zach went to check it out right away. It’s one of the only homes in the neighborhood to not only have a garage but to be a two car garage (not to mention one of the garages is large enough for Zach to park his truck in it). It had so much charm and character. We instantly fell in love.
In fact, we put in our offer on the house without me even getting the chance to tour it first. Gulp! I know right?! But I could tell from the photos that I was going to love this little home!
