Best Self Tanner – Loving Tan

What’s up beautiful! Today I’m going to share with you (as a self-proclaimed self-tan expert, with video’s all about self tanning with over 800,000 views) my new favorite self tanner for 2019!

About two and a half years ago I filmed this video “Best Self Tanner For Pale Skin”. As of today, it is sitting at over 700,000 views! So crazy! Then last year I did this video “Best Self Tanner For Pale Skin – Ultimate Self Tanner Test” where I did multiple self tanner test swatches. That video is sitting at over 150,000 views on YouTube.

So can safely say that I feel like I am very much an expert in this field of best self tanner. Thanks to everyone for commenting on my videos I did discover my new favorite self tanner of 2019! This one blows the others out of the water. For real. Don’t even pay attention to what I said in those videos cause this one is amazing! You will never ever need to use another self tanner again.

My Self Tanning Routine

Something I wanted to do is show you my process that I use for my self tanning routine.

1. Exfoliate

First I want to make sure my skin is like brand new baby soft skin. This will help prevent my self tanner from looking blotchy. I like to use these Exfoliating Gloves for this. I prefer these over a luffa just because they’re easier to use and more effective in my opinion. They’re very inexpensive as well. Typically less than $10.

2. Shave

Next, I go ahead and shave all of my areas that need to be shaved. I love these Flamingo razors. I’ve been using them lately not only because they work really well but I’m kind of a product snob and I love how these look aesthetically.

3. Apply Tan

After I get out of the shower I make sure to NOT apply any lotion. This will allow the self tanner to absorb into your skin easier and help you to develop the darkest tan possible.

Pro Tip: Only apply lotion to your dryest areas like your knees, ankles, feet, hands and face prior to applying your self tanner.
