I’m always thinking to myself that I NEED to get my butt to the gym for a nice yoga class…. however I haven’t been to a yoga class in probably a year. No joke! I suppose I need it but just don’t really love it enough to go through an entire HOUR of stretching. That just always seems like too long for me. Also, I nice quiet classroom full of people who are WAY more flexible than myself— not my ideal workout. I’m always the one looking like a total fool falling all over the place with the flexibility of a 70 year old construction worker or farting hoping no one knows it was me… yes I’m that girl. (Note to self – never eat dairy before a yoga class.)

The course is great because it’s truly for anyone. Whether you’re a total beginner, or you’ve done your fair share of yoga. I LOVE the fact that you can do it right from home.
